Nestled between the ocean and the mountains in beautiful Rio Del Mar, CA, we’ve established deep roots in the community. Over the decades, JFP has designed and built a diverse range of homes, crafted custom additions, and completed extensive remodels—all with an unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

    John, a native of Baltimore, Maryland was drawn to the West Coast when he was 21 years old, and has lived here ever since. He was interested in Construction from day 1. John and his wife Robin, raised their daughter Taylor Jean in this beautiful Rio Del Mar Community they're happy to call home. He prides himself on working exclusively on projects in Santa Cruz County. Personalized service and attention to detail are the hallmarks of his business philosophy.

    Since 2019, Carrey has excelled in coordinating and managing client needs with efficiency and attention to detail. Carrey enjoys the artistry involved in building and managing properties, believing every home is a work of art. Outside of work, she’s often found at a local brewery, planning her next Disney adventure, or enjoying the beach with her family.

    Since joining John Fuchs Properties in 2021, Staci has become an essential part of the team as Office Coordinator and Social Media Manager, supporting both daily operations and our online presence. Outside of work, she enjoys the coastal lifestyle with her fiancée, Katie, their beloved animals, and friends—often camping, beachcombing, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

    As a skilled payroll manager with a strong background in human relations, Rachel is dedicated to fostering positive connections in both the workplace and the community. A proud Santa Cruz native and Aptos High alum, she is also a devoted wife and mother. With a passion for baking, Rachel enjoys creating treats that bring joy to family and friends. Whether exploring the beautiful beaches or managing the intricacies of payroll, she embraces the adventures of family life & professional growth.
